  1. I used my brush tool as the eyebrow on my monster. I used over 5 textures, some are over lapping others.

  2. I think my favorite thing about this is how you've treated the trees! Very wobbly, almost like the monster's power is to put us off balance or see mirages! It's a nice effect! I also really enjoy his crazy teeth! They are awesome!

  3. I love the teeth; such a nice little detail. I also like how you used a texture for its shadow.

  5. I really love the patterns you added to all of this- it blends together really nicely~ I'm not sure I like how you added the wavy purple texture below the monster as a sort of shadow (?), and I wish that the background was a little less prominent/busy so that the light green spines it has on the back of it's neck were easier to see. I really love the zig-zag eyebrows/eyelashes you added to the top of the eye, and shrinking the dots for the eyelids was a very good call.

  7. I love that you've got some linear textures as well as some more overall patterny ones. It could be cool to see what would happen if you scaled down a few of the textures so it was more subtle, too! Right now they're all about the same size, maybe the background texture in teal could get smaller - so it seems more dense! I love that you put this on a colored ground as well - it makes the whole monster pop out more. it could be cool to see what an alternate color spikey hair mane thing could be like as it blends into the background right now. Maybe if the texture in the background was closer together, you could see it more? Or maybe it's just the lime green? I do think that it's great that you're bringing the greens into all places on this piece ,though - it really helps unify it! Great job on clipping your patterns - they look really clean.
