  1. I'm not so sure about the face shape on this - it's a little off! I think the hair could have more volume, but the skin definitely has volume and that works well!

  2. I agree with Maya. The placement of the facial features seems a little off to me. I'd also develop her hair a lot more.

  3. I think the eyes are well done here, they give an enchanting gaze. I think the brushwork on the skin could be layered a bit more to make it a bit more smoothed out

  4. The desaturation of the skin gives the figure a sortof "dead" look, which isn't bad, but when compared with the rich greens and yellows... idk it just seems to clash a bit. I like the colors in your process shots better, before you added any green.

  5. I am liking the colors that you are using in her hair. I think your piece would benefit from another layer or two of colors. you could add more hues to the skin like you did to the hair.

  6. Haha, I like how direct and kind of pissed off you made her look. I think you could use a brush on a larger setting to chunk out colors of the hair rather than adding small lines for the highlights and lowlights. I think using darker, more extreme tones for shadows would really give her some great depth, as well as making her gaze more daunting (if that's what you're going for, haha).

  7. Laaiiiiren. I like the green eyes. They unusually feel like they fit in the image where they are. Btw, "Lady" Nice title, very mysterious lol

  8. Great job starting with the shadows! I think the way that they show through your final drawing is really nice. I would even push them! Be daring! One thing that is great with the pressure sensitivity, is that you can also be really fairly heavy-handed with putting down color - I think that would be nice to see some super darks, and some super lights! I think where you are getting light on her cheekbone and forehead is really nice! Keep doing this! I could also see you adding some color into the shadows in her hair, maybe bringing up some of the colors from the face and just lightly adding them to move your eye around - it'd be great to unify color throughout the piece that way, maybe that coudl be done on another layer so you could experiment! I think they last thing would be, you could take a dark color and squint your eyes a little -- to see where it needs it -- and just add a touch of dark into a couple places to push the volume, maybe under her hair, or, in her pupils!
