I really like the texture in the background and yeti's blue hair. The only thing I would say is that maybe create an illustration that shows him walking closer to the building with the sun setting. It seems slightly random from day to night.
I think you have a great narrative and some interesting textures. I also admire that you changed the background significantly in each scene. I feel like I'd still like to see the Yeti a little bit in the final scene. Maybe he could be meeting his wife at the door?
I love the progression of time! I know we talked about this before, but I think it's really great to see the focus of the illustration change with the castle thing lighting up as the final one - I think it's great to see it as the subject in that one! I really like your textures and think you could maybe push them, too! the yeti texture and the butte texture are great! maybe the snowman can get some frosty texture? Or maybe the road or hills have some snowy-ness to them? I do like how your'e using subtle lighting around the edges of the snowman with he yellow, though. that's a nice touch!
AND, I just wanted to thank you for a fun semester. You are super funny and a total blast to have in class. I loved talking to you from the other side of the classroom and I totally think you really made the class (me, too!) feel really at home, fun and casual! I really really enjoyed it and you are a riot. Keep in touch, ok? Make sure you come and bring me peanut butter cookies in my Friday class next semester. I will be needing them! ;)
